Vijay Lancy has been involved in Professional Badminton for the last 25 years in various capacities as a Player, Coach, Managing Leagues, CEO, etc. This multi faceted exposure has helped me hone my skills, given me exposure from the grass root up to the professional level and has allowed me to speak at various seminars, workshops at the IIM’s, Management Institutes, Schools etc. Vijay lancy’spassion is to build a Professional Sports Ecosystem for all the stakeholders.

- World Junior Championships, Jakarta 1992: represented the Indian contingent
- World Champion Above 40 Men’s Doubles category in the Senior World Championships at Katowice, Poland
Anup Sridhar has been a former International and National Badminton Player, having represented the Country for over 10 years. Anup has trained under Prakash Padukone and Vimal Kumar at the Prakash Padukone Badminton Academy in Bangalore and also trained at the Gopichand Academy in Hyderabad. Prior to this Anup had spent several years training in Denmark, France, Indonesia, Malaysia, etc., under reputed international coaches which has provided him phenomenal exposure to international standards and methodologies of coaching and training.
Having gone through the entire gamut of becoming a player, Anup has developed a keen understanding of what it takes to produce world-class badminton players.
