Our Team

Vijay Lancy

Founder

Vijay Lancy has been involved in Professional Badminton for the last 25 years in various capacities as a Player, Coach, Managing Leagues, CEO, etc. This multi faceted exposure has helped me hone my skills, given me exposure from the grass root up to the professional level and has allowed me to speak at various seminars, workshops at the IIM’s, Management Institutes, Schools etc. Vijay lancy’spassion is to build a Professional Sports Ecosystem for all the stakeholders.

Anup Sridhar

Mentor

Anup Sridhar has been a former International and National Badminton Player, having represented the Country for over 10 years. Anup has trained under Prakash Padukone and Vimal Kumar at the Prakash Padukone Badminton Academy in Bangalore and also trained at the Gopichand Academy in Hyderabad.

Coaching Methodology

The team of proficient coaches, guided by Mr. Vijay Lancy & mentored by Mr. Anup Sridhar have put on a coaching module in place to impart Round the Year Coaching programs for Beginners, Intermediate, and Advanced players. The Coaching Module is developed through their vast experience of being Top level International players and National coach of the Indian team.
