1. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be provided under the following conditions:

  • Before Program Start: If a cancellation request is submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled start date, 75% of the fee will be refunded (after deducting administrative charges).
  • After Program Start: No refunds will be issued once the coaching program has commenced, regardless of attendance or participation.

2. Cancellation by The Badminton Professionals

In the rare case of class cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (such as coach unavailability, venue closure, etc.), we will:

  • Offer an alternative batch or reschedule the session.
  • If rescheduling is not possible, the corresponding session fee may be refunded.
  • 3. Medical Cancellations

    Refunds for medical reasons will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and valid medical documentation must be submitted.

    4. Force Majeure

    We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government orders, pandemics). In such cases, fees may be held as credit for future sessions.
